Keep Your Time and Let Us Handle It!

Our licensing department will coordinate state license applications for both locum tenens providers as well as those seeking permanent placement. Sentinel Anesthesia Group's experienced licensing specialist assures that the process is as smooth and expeditious as possible. After an information gathering interview with you, we fill out all the paperwork and send it to you for verification and signatures. We monitor every step of the process and avoid the many pitfalls that slow the licensing process for physicians and CRNA's. We have expertise in the licensing procedures and requirements of all fifty states and will even pay all your fees for a minimum time commitment in a particular state. Even after your state licensure is complete, our work is not done since we will monitor your license renewal dates, your CME obligations, and any changes in individual state requirements.

Our medical licensing service facilitates the entire medical licensure process from beginning to end, including:

  • Professional completion of state board medical license application
  • Collection of various board required credential verifications
  • Tracking/follow-up with the board and the credential verifying agencies to ensure accurate and timely processing of medical license application and credential verification requests
  • Frequent progress updates
  • We provide instructions for any step of the process that must be completed by the provider (i.e. signature, notarization, finger printing)

Whether you are looking for locum tenens or permanent placement, call us today at 303-948-5441 or fill out a contact form for a free consultation to know what to expect before you start the process.
